ABOUT ME
I have been passionate about photography since I was a kid and I have truly enjoyed exploring the world with my camera. I have spent a great deal of time fine-tuning my skills so that I can create superior images consistently and quickly. I launched Andie Petkus Photography in 2005 with a commitment to creating high-quality images while providing first-rate customer service. I became a Certified Professional Photographer (CPP) through Professional Photographers of America in 2010 and maintained it until 2023.

I have photographed almost 2,000 events in Portland and around the world.

I am proud to have been selected to photograph visits to Portland by Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Elizabeth Warren, and many other national and local politicians. I was invited to photograph the 2008 and 2012 Democratic National Conventions for the DNCC and my images were released to international media outlets.

I am a member of Professional Photographers of America (PPA), the Oregon Professional Photographers Association (OPPA) and The People's Nonprofit Accelerator (formerly Willamette Valley Development Officers).
